You can choose any of the premade designs in this shop. Once you have found the design, you click the ‘ Buy now’ button. This will lead you to my Shopify store. On this page you can choose the package of your choice. With the choice comes a set of questions which you need to fill in. Once filled in, add it to your shopping cart, pay and then it’s up to me to work my magic. Should I have any questions, I will contact you. When the design of your logo is ready, I will email you to get your approval. Once approved, I will design everything else you’ve ordered and send it to you in a download link.

Because of the custom nature of my services, and the fact it is not possible to return a digital file, it’s not possible to get a refund. So once I’ve started on your design, I am not able to refund you. Even though I offer premade designs, it doesn’t mean I don’t have to invest any time in them. It still have to make your design semi custom to you. Especially with the add-on packages, which are custom to you.
