In our Discovery Session, we’ll have a relaxed chat about your brand, your vision, and what makes your business unique. This is where we get clear on your goals and dreams, so we can make your branding experience personal and perfect for you.

We learn if we’re on the same page about your wishes and what’s realistic to create in a VIP-day. And if it might be better to book an extra day.



Preparation & Planning

With a simple questionnaire, I’ll guide you through the prep process to gather everything we need — from your brand story and values to any images or ideas that reflect your style. This helps us stay aligned and ensures your brand identity is a true reflection of who you are.



VIP-design day

On your VIP Day(s), we’ll dive into the creative process. With my full focus on your brand, I’ll bring your vision to life, crafting your custom logo, color palette, font suggestions, and all the essential elements that make your brand uniquely you. It will be all about creating a brand that reflects your personality and speaks to your dream clients.



Delivery

Once everything is ready, I’ll send you your complete brand package — including your logo, style guide, and any additional materials we’ve worked on (like your business cards, letterhead, or secondary logos). What to expect from a custom brand?

5 days focussed only on your project. It might be hard to imagine what that could look like.

We begin our journey together with some essential groundwork where you will complete a branding questionnaire and create a mood board with my Canva template. This helps me understand your company better as we dive into your VIP-design week.

I’ll start by crafting a mood board and designing a logo concept tailored to your vision. Once you are happy with the initial designs, I will move forward to finalize the complete branding for you. At the end of the week, you will receive an all-inclusive branding package that covers everything we worked on together. With the Custom branding you will receive everthing as shown below.

What’s the investment?

At the moment I’m offering 1 VIP-design day at an introductory price of 500 euros ex. VAT.
You can always book more days if you need to.

From June 1st ’25, the price will go up to €750!

What if we don’t finish all my designs?

That could happen, but we will have a discovery call beforehand to make sure we are on the same page. So I would let you know beforehand if it’s better to book an extra day or half day. Just be sure to prioritize what you need to get done first.

It’s a big investment.. is it worth it?

Yes, it is! Think about this: What is your hourly rate? If you build your own website, or design a branding, how much time would it cost you to learn these things? It adds up! You have to learn how to use the tools, you have to find templates you like, search for hours. Maybe get a bit frustrated 😉 And let’s be honest: when you DIY, it won’t really look as good as when a professional designer made it. You can save that time and use it to work on your own customers. And receive the quality and professionally in those designs that your customers are looking for! I’ve been designing since I was 14 years old, that’s 24 years now! I live and breath graphic design 🙂 So if you like my style, it will be worth it!

Is there a payment plan?

Absolutely! I understand that investing in professional design is a big step — and I want it to feel doable. That’s why you can choose to pay in flexible instalments instead of one large upfront amount.

When you book a VIP-day, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot. The rest is due before your design day.

For custom branding or multi-day website projects, you can split the total into monthly payments to spread out the investment. Just let me know what works best for you — I’m happy to accommodate.

I’m from a different timezone, will this still work?

Of course it will! We can find a way to make this day work. I’m from The Netherlands, so if you are in the USA for example, We will have our Kick-off call the day before. On the VIP day, I always start with the designing, which might take a while. So I can start the design and make sure it’s ready for your feedback at 8:30 a.m. when your workday starts. And if that’s not an option, I can always adjust my working hours to make it work. Just let me know 🙂

How soon in advance do I need to book?

It depends on what you need to get designed. For a website I would say 3-4 weeks, depending if your content is ready or not. So if you still need to write all the pages, need to buy or make photo’s, need to get your hosting sorted out (which I offer too, if you need that). For branding I would say 1-2 weeks in advance, but those need preparation too. You don’t just receive a logo, you will get a branding with a strategy and vision. So you need to prepare these in advance and that might take some time.

How can I prepare for my VIP-design day?

Once you book your VIP-design day, you will be added to my customer portal. Here I will add questionnaires and forms that help you to prepare for your VIP-day. Things like uploading branding files, website content, pictures etc. You will answer questions about strategy and vision, and you can add a moodboard with styles you like.

Do I need to be technical to use my website?

No, certainly not! If I’m building your website, I will use the DIVI website builder that is very easy to use, so you can maintain it yourself!
You will have access to tutorials and blogposts and if you book a custom website, we will have a call to walk you through your website, which will be recorded, so you can always watch it back.

Do I need to be available for the whole day?

Kinda! I need you to be available on the messenger app of your choice, or to answer your e-mails a.s.a.p. So I can get your feedback as quickly as possible during the design process.
But I don’t need you to be in a call with me while I’m working on your project. This doesn’t mean we won’t collaborate: I will send you screenshots during the process so you can watch the design as it grows 🙂

Can you design a custom website?

I can! But a custom website will take me more than 1 VIP-day. In 5 VIP-days I will design a custom website.
If you want a semi-custom website, I will edit an existing template to match your logo, brand colors and fonts and section backgrounds. I will fill the website with your prepared content.

Can we discuss my wishes beforehand?

For sure! Every VIP-day comes with a 30-minute discovery call in which we can get to know each other, and I get to know your design wishes. In this call we will make sure we are both on the same page and what is expected. I will let you know if we can do the designs in 1 7-hour day, or if you need to prioritize what needs to be done. You can always book an extra day if that is what you need.

Can I get a custom branding?

Yes, but a fully custom branding takes me up to 5 days to complete.
I also offer premade logo packages which can be edited to your wishes, which can be completed in 1 VIP-day.
